The new Packaging Act (VerpackG) has been in force in the EU since 1 January 2019 and replaces the Packaging Ordinance (VerpackV) as the applicable law. The new Packaging Act (Act on the Placing on the Market, Take-Back and High-value Recycling of Packaging; VerpackG for short) aims to increase the recycling quotas for packaging materials and to reduce the general amount of waste generated in private households

- We use recyclable materials: If possible, use recyclable materials such as corrugated board or cardboard. There is also an environmentally friendly variant for the filling material, e.g. newsprint.
- We reuse cartons: If you receive returns, you can reuse undamaged cartons for a new shipment.
- We use filling material sensibly: Only fragile goods make paper or old newspapers necessary for padding. Even if the material comes unsolicited from the manufacturer, it is worth considering storing it for another shipment if the goods are robust.
